    THE BEST EVER FOR DRY MOUTH !!Over the past few years I've tried practically everything on the market for dry mouth and either the sprays, gels or tablets were ineffective or they tasted terrible!! These mild mint flavored XyliMelts are the BEST I've ever used and are the MOST EFFECTIVE product I have ever found. I have recommended this product to my friends and they tell me they work great for them!! I have purchased them in local pharmacies and they are a little pricey, so I decided to check out Amazon and was surprised to see they were cheaper and they came in 80 count packaging in mint flavor or non mint flavors. I don't ever want to be without them, so now I purchase them in multiple boxes. They are easy to use: you just place one in your mouth and position it with your tongue where it feels comfortable and within a minute or so it adheres where you placed it. You can drink water or even warm coffee and it doesn't dislodge it!!! These really are GREAT TRY THEM you won't be disappointed!!!!!5Excellent for Sjogrens' patients.I have an illness called Sjogrens', a form of arthritis. It drys your joints out. It drys your eyes out. It dries your mouth out. Xyliments help keep my mouth moist which helps my mouth, gums and teeth. They are great for cotton mouth for sure. They have helped improve my teeth and gums. Excellent product! I am so pleased with them I order them every month. They are like tabs that stick to your gums, so during the night you put them in and go to sleep. In the morning, no dry mouth. They have been a life saver to me. Thank you very much! Susan5Works great easy to use may be altering my sense of taste?I bought these because im tired of waking up all night long because my mouth is full of what feels like a cotton ball.I have bad allergies, use a CPAP, dental guard and chin strap, but still have severe dry mouth which is affecting my dental health.After a week. Im sleeping better, waking up with no cotton mouth and my bad morning breath is gone.I only wish there were more in a box, since i have ro use 2 every night.Im editing my review after 10 days.The tabs do help with dry mouth and morning yuck, but ive noticed that my taste buds are way off? The past several days everything i eat tastes very bland and i cook my food from scratch so its not my cooking. In going to stop for a few days and see if that resolves. Weird!5You can feel the difference immediately.Once you put one melt on one cheek, soon it seems to be wetter on one side. I have a throat infection and the mucus blocks my nose so I find out that I breath with my mouth overnight, waking up with a dry mouth. If I put the melt on the upper side, I can even drink without mingling with it. I hope it could cure my occasional bad breath as well! ps, I don't know why they alternate the top and bottom side of the melt in the package. Without that, you can put one in place in the dark! Update: the orientation of the melts seem to be random but you can feel the different sides.5I would not buy again.I am so disappointed in these melts! I saw the rave reviews and I have Sjogren's Syndrome so I thought I would buy them. They are difficult to get to "stick" to a molar at first and they float all over the place in my mouth. When the do finally stick, they stick and are hard to remove if you want to get them off. They started to irritate the side of my gums because of the size I think. It felt like a lump was in there and it bothered me enough to have to remove them. I do not think they provide much help to dry mouth at night time because they melt pretty quickly. They are expensive for what they do. The new essential oil humidifier that I bought works much better for dry mouth.1I never go a night with out these mints now that I use a cpap machine. They are amazing!I have been using these mint for over a year now and honestly I dont think I could do without them now. Because I use a cpap machine I was waking up every morning with such a dry mouth and it was killing my teeth as well. Now in the morning my mouth is no longer dry not to mention the good breathe. lol At first I was afraid to use them because I though i would choke on them in the night. But they stick extremely well to the inside of my checks and gums. Not once have I even woke up choking on them. Like I said at this point I could not imagine sleeping without them at this point. Do your self a favor and buy some then work amazing and should help me keep my teeth longer.5Takes a bit of getting used toTakes a bit of getting used to, but it works pretty well. I tried gel and that didn't work for me very well. The melt is a bit annoying pressed against the gum, but it wears down soon enough and it does keep the mouth moist. One note: open package in a well lit area. I didn't have good lighting the first time I used it and I tried to peel the dark section off the melt, lol. Nooo. The melt is two tone and it all stays together. Not my proudest moment.4Stay in place well, but with poor resultsThe light mint flavor is decent, especially when dry mouth is accompanied by bad breath. They adhere well once placed correctly and instructions in the package are easy to understand. However, I have had no success with this product. They are rather large/thick, so they feel awkward. Since they didn't work, they didn't slowly dissolve as they were supposed to. Instead, after an hour or so, they had turned into a lump of slime where they were placed and none of the pill had been dissolved. This seemed like it'd be a convenient solution to my dry mouth, but was extremely dissatisfying and disappointing. Will not purchase again.2No more dry mouth at night!These things are gift from the Gods (I only believe in the One, its just a saying) If you have dry mouth and are annoyed with waking up every few hours or minutes this is amazing stuff .One side sticks a little to the roof of your mouth or on my gums while the other side melts over a period of 5 hours or so. Amazing I've slept all the way through the night several nights since I found this and it had been 5 years since the last time.Oh, and they claim that it neutralizes the acids in your mouth so they actually help prevent cavities (No sugars to speak of) there are some warnings if you're diabetic...5Fantastic for dry mouth, but not for your dog If you have a dry mouth at night, these are for you. I use a CPAP machine and had trouble sleeping at night due to the dry mouth. I tried other things, but nothing really worked, except sleeping with a cough drop in the corner of my mouth. However, I was concerned about choking on the cough drop. These work great for me and don't slide around much in my mouth. I use two a night...one in one side of my mouth and then half way through the night, I put one in the other side. I know of no other product that works as well as this for dry mouth. WARNING: Keep these away from your pets, especially your dog. XyliMelts contain xylitol which is toxic to dogs. 5HelHelps for dry mouth caused by treatment for throat cancer. My husband experiences a great deal of dry mouth, due to the damage to his salivary glands in radiation treatment. These help to decrease the dry mouth at night, and the TheraBreath Dry Mouth mints during the day. He is never without them. Hope this helps someone else going through treatment.4Keep your mouth cool and moisturizedWish I had found these a longtime ago. They absolutely keep your mouth moisturzed and cool feeling, while you sleep. Works great using a CPAP machine; even works well with a mouth guard inserted in your mouth while you sleep. I didn't believe they would cling onto your gum or tooth as stated on the box; but they really do. So if you need somehting to help keep your mouth moisturized whether from medcine, illness or like me usig a CPAP machine, this works better than Biotene for me.5They are fine for the daytime when I have little problems but ...I wear a cpap, take meds, and have Sjogren's. At night my tongue would stick to the roof of my mouth because of dryness. I bought these a couple of time and can't do without them. I put one on the very back of my mouth and very high on my gum on top. He keeps the dryness away. I have used other sprays, oral toothpaste, and oral rinses for dryness. They are fine for the daytime when I have little problems but at night, nothing has beat this so far.5Helped when nothing else did! Great mild mint flavor!I was having the worst time using my cpap machine...I am allergic to every chin strap out there so my mouth would fall open during the night and become horribly dry. So dry it felt like everything would crack or rip if I moved my mouth. My sleep doc had recommended Biotene, but that tasted nasty and wore out quickly. Then one day, I saw the sleep doc's assistant and told her I was still having a horrible time with severe dry mouth. She recommended XyliMelts, and even gave me a printout about them. I drove straight to the drugstore and bought a pack with little hope that it would help. But it DID help immensely! I now can get through about 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep with no dry mouth. And the minty breath is an awesome and pleasant side benefit. Will keep coming back to buy in bulk!5It is a bit like having an antacid in my mouth all night I do not have dry mouth, except when using my CPAP. I wake up in the middle of the night with my inner lips stuck to my teeth - very unpleasant. This product has solved my problem. I began using 2 tablets, but have found that one is sufficient. It is a bit like having an antacid in my mouth all night, but well worth that minor problem. 5
